Draft for the license of D7versions. No finished clause text. This page does not set liability or warranty limits for Austria. Whether buyers are businesses only is open. “Unlimited use” is not stated here.

Parties

Licensor [NAME, ADDRESS]. The user is whoever installs the plugin. Adobe is not a party and not support.

Subject

The UXP plugin D7versions for InDesign 19.4 and newer. InDesign itself is not included.

License types

  • Demo: 7 days, tied to the Adobe ID, no separate key entry.
  • Promo: limited in time, [TERMS]
  • Paid: subscription per person (Adobe ID), usable on all of your own computers. Monthly 11,99 € or yearly 119 €, net plus VAT.

What is allowed

Use in your own production within the license type. Paid covers one person (Adobe ID) on all of their own computers.

What is not allowed

Passing on the key, bypassing the check. A ban on reverse engineering only within the limits mandatory law allows. No blanket statement that any examination is forbidden.

Offline grace period

2 days without a successful server check, as the plugin does it. No promise that the plugin runs offline permanently.

Updates

[WHETHER INCLUDED]. New InDesign versions are not an automatic promise.

Warranty and liability
